The Oseberg ship was found buried in 1903. The ship is very well preserved because it covered it with a clay-containing soil which created an oxygen-poor environment. The ship is abundantly ornate and it shows that the owner was someone with a high social standing. The ship is 21.5 meters long and 5.1 meters wide. Material: Wood Size: 37x25 cm
