Terms and conditions of purchase
Flagship uses the following terms and conditions of purchase. Flaggskeppet reserves the right for any printing errors. All image and text information should be seen as illustrations, and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance, size and nature of the goods.
Placing an orderWhen you place an order with us, this means that you agree to our "Terms of Purchase" as further specified below. Uncollected / released packages are charged with 295: - for domestic DHL Service Point, Schenker Ombud and non-bulky goods. For international parcels, business parcels and bulky goods, the price is charged according to cost.
After receipt of the automatic order confirmation, delivery normally takes place within 5 working days, but may also take longer, deviations occur. The customer is responsible for returns.

Shipping will be added with at least 95: - when buying in the online store for non-shipping goods, with the exception of some goods in the store that cannot be sent in these cases we will get back to you about this. We mainly ship with

If an invoice is outstanding with the invoice supplier (e.g. Svea), it must be paid before the last payment date even if the goods are returned to the store.Delayed deliveryIf a delivery delay occurs, we will try to notify you. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything in our power to fulfill your order. There may be occasions when it is impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier cannot fulfill its commitment to us. We reserve the right to waive all compensation to the customer for delivery delays. In the event of lost goods, a 60-day search period applies in accordance with the freight companies' rules.

Right of withdrawalUnder
the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), you have, among other things, a 14-day withdrawal period from the day you receive the goods in accordance with the Act (2005:59).
In the case of a return, the consumer must first contact us to have the return approved. The goods must then be returned within 14 days, unused and in original packaging with invoice or delivery note. The customer is responsible for the return. Pack well! If the product is broken during a return, we cannot compensate you and you must make the complaint to the shipping company yourself. The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially manufactured and specially ordered goods. Do not return against cash on delivery (will not be redeemed). For legal persons, the Purchase Act applies.

You will then receive a new product or a refund if the product has been discontinued. In the case of goods damaged in transit, complaints must be made directly to the delivery point as soon as possible, preferably when collecting the package. In the case of faulty goods, we will send you an address card by e-mail so that you can send the goods to us free of charge and you as a customer take responsibility for returning the package to us. Goods returned against cash on delivery or cash on delivery are not triggered.
